Greg Wunderle leads the CodeLogic team with over thirty years of experience in the software business including numerous leadership roles. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wunderle led sales for UrbanCode, first as an independent company, and then as Worldwide sales leader for the IBM UrbanCode brand. He helped to grow UrbanCode from a twelve-person company to fifty people and an acquisition by IBM.

Rahul Gandhi has twenty years’ experience in strategy and finance. Prior to joining the company, he was the Director of Analytics at Ascend Capital, a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund. He was previously a management consultant at Mars & Co, for Fortune 100 companies in the health insurance, consumer products, energy, and automobile industries.

Edwin Gnichtel is a 25-year technology industry veteran with deep expertise in operating systems internals, cloud software architecture, data modeling, and security analysis. His broad experience has taken him from startups to the largest software companies in the world, including six years at Microsoft. He has also held senior roles at MTM and MindStaq.

James Shamp joined us from IBM where he was responsible for over $120 million in revenue and go-to-market strategy for the Hybrid Cloud portfolio for North America. He most recently focused on the financial services sector where he led and negotiated deals with the world’s largest banks and insurance companies. Mr. Shamp previously served in sales roles at Pfizer and Actelion.

Bob Clifford

Bob Clifford has over 30 years of experience raising capital, trading micro-cap stocks, and working with institutional and high net-worth investors. Prior to co-founding Liquid Venture Partners, he was Head of Capital Markets for MDB Capital Group, where he led the deal completion process for numerous successful transactions. Previously, Mr. Clifford served as Managing Director at ThinkEquity; before that, he was the Senior Vice President at Sanders Morris Harris and started his career at Sutro & Company.

Keith Archer

Keith Archer has over 25 years of technology, management consulting, and operations experience. He has served in multiple technology executive positions with Mission Cloud Services, an AWS Premier partner. Leading up to the creation of Mission, Mr. Archer managed all facets of technology, services, and operations culminating in the successful sale of the company to private equity in 2017. Prior to Mission, he held numerous technology leadership roles at Activision Blizzard spanning infrastructure, enterprise applications, information security, development and operations.

Emily Wang Fairbairn

Emily Wang Fairbairn has spent most of her career in executive leadership and management positions and as a seasoned investor and mentor to a variety of startups. She was co-founder and CEO of multi-billion-dollar hedge fund, Ascend Capital. Prior to Ascend Capital, she built a successful practice of equity portfolio construction and financial planning for high net-worth clients for Merrill Lynch. Today, she serves as the chair of the board of Movano, Inc. and on the funding board of MIT Sandbox Fund.

Robert Levy

Robert Levy has over 30 years of extensive strategic, operational and investment experience in leading all aspects of the computer software and services business. He has served in a variety of executive roles for some of the largest names in the software and services industries including PwC, Computer Associates and BEA Systems in a variety of executive roles such as Managing Director of Innovation Labs, Chief Product Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Levy is currently an expert advisor to Bain & Co. and Goldman Sachs.

Brian Cullinan

Brian Cullinan is an accomplished business executive with more than 35 years of experience working for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) until his retirement from the firm in 2020. While at PwC, Cullinan was an Assurance partner advising some of the firm’s most high-profile clients and their Boards and Audit Committees on strategic, financial and operational initiatives. Throughout his career with PwC, Cullinan held various senior leadership positions, including serving on PwC’s US Board for eight years (four years as its Lead Director) and being elected to PwC’s Global Board of Partners.
